March 27, 2010, 1 - 3pm - Carpal Tunnel Prevention and Relief - Come learn a breathing and stretching technique that will gently open and separate vertibrae, releasing pressure on nerves which cause pain in the wrist, arm and upper back. This will also help with discomfort in your lower back. You will gain between 1/4 and 4 inches in height with a session. When done consistently you will maintain this height.
